I grew up in Oregon, always loved the idea of going to Texas one day but never really had a reason. Then I met my wife Tabitha and we started visiting every summer. I knew it was officially time to go when my wife was fired from her job as a music teacher in Junction City Oregon for not getting the Covid Shot. We packed up and moved to the farm, and have been free and happy ever since.
There is something for everyone to learn on the farm, here are a few things I've picked up.
1) When your dog dies bury it with the other dogs, and make sure its rained recently.
2) When facing down a 1900 pound pregnant angus make sure and knock it out, or move... maybe just move...
3) Not everything will try to kill you, it just happens naturally so pay attention.
